Write to us by email
The way to reach DocuDojo is by email: hello@docudojo.com. There is no contact form, no chat and no user registration: the site is static, and we would rather you wrote to us directly, in English or Spanish.
We read every message. To help us get to yours sooner, say what it is about in the subject line: “Correction”, “Suggestion”, “Press” or “Advertising”.
What you can write to us about
Corrections
Word changes, and every version can differ. If a step does not work, a button is no longer called that, or you spot a typo, tell us: these are the messages we value most. If you can, include:
- The title or link of the guide.
- Your version of Word (Microsoft 365, 2021, 2019…), whether you are on Windows or Mac, and the language of your interface.
- What you expected to happen and what actually happened. A screenshot helps a lot.
We check every report on Microsoft 365 and fix the guide within days, as our editorial policy explains.
Guide suggestions
Is there something in Word that wastes your time and is not explained here? Tell us what the problem is and what you use Word for (a thesis, contracts, company templates…). The most frequent requests decide which guides we write next. Ideas for new Excel guides and for PowerPoint, which is in the works, are welcome too.
Press
You can quote or link to our guides with a link to the source, no permission needed. For interviews or statements, write to us with the name of the publication and your deadline.
Advertising and partnerships
The ads on this site are served by Google AdSense. If you represent a brand or an agency and want to propose another kind of partnership, write to us and we will tell you whether it fits. One thing never changes: advertising has no say in which guides we write or what they say.
Indicative response times
DocuDojo is an independent project, so these times are a guide, not a commitment:
| Type of message | What to expect |
|---|---|
| Correction | A reply, and the guide fixed, within a few working days. |
| Suggestion | We read them all; we cannot always reply to each one. |
| Press and advertising | A reply within a few working days; mention your deadline if it is urgent. |
| Personal data | Within one month, as the GDPR requires. |
What we cannot help with
- One-to-one technical support. We cannot fix your document for you; start with the guides and, if none of them solves your case, let us know.
- Licensing, installation or your Microsoft account. That is up to Microsoft, not us.
- Legal advice. The guides for lawyers explain Word tools, not the law.
What we do with your email
We only process the data you include in your message in order to reply and, if it is a correction, to improve the guide. We do not sell it or use it to send you advertising, and you can ask us to delete it by writing to the same address. The details are in our privacy policy; the owner's details are in the legal notice.
